Working in conjunction with the Antique Aeroplane Association of Australia, the event will stretch over two days with aeroplanes flying in on Thursday, 10 May and out on Friday, 11 May.
Show your support for the important and vital work the RFDS does in our region by coming along to a FREE afternoon of events on Thursday, 11 May from 3pm at the Roma Airport. Check out the aircraft after they have landed as well as view antique cars that will be on show.
The fun doesn't stop there as visitors can return on Friday morning at 8.30am to see the skies fill with planes such as a 1947 Auster AOP MK 6, a Tri Pacer built post World War II or a 1954 Auster J5F!
Free event parking will be available on the day (please note, charges still apply for those parking their car when catching a domestic plane throughout the day). Traffic management will be in place.
For security reasons, visitors are asked to please leave their bags in their cars upon arrival. Please note, if you bring a bag into the airport/event, your bag will be checked.
