A range of activities will be on offer, including yoga, self-defence, water aerobics and general fitness.
As well as offering free fun activities, this program will provide participants with resources and knowledge to help address the major inhibitors that often hinder daily physical activities for women.
Councillor Peter Flynn, Portfolio Chair for Sport and Recreation said the program encourages daily activity for life and shares ideas that can be continued at home with minimal equipment.
"These sessions will provide a fun twist on exercise where participants can make friends and gain support from each other," Cr Flynn said.
Session times can be found on Council's website www.maranoa.qld.gov.au.
