Mental Health Week - Women's Wellness Workshops

Councillor Janelle Stanford, Portfolio Chair for Community and Social Services said at times we all struggle with life and these workshops will help you de-stress, relax and leave you with a healthy perspective on life.

Enjoy a half day workshop, lunch, a cooking demonstration from a dietitian, and information from a Breast Health Nurse.

for a 10.30am workshop

Morning tea followed by an hour workshop.

Roma Cultural Centre

12 noon

for a 12.30pm workshop

Lunch followed by a half day workshop with Helen Everingham and informative presentation by a Breast Health Nurse.

15 October
WAGS Expo – Surat Shire Hall10am – 2pmA celebration of International Rural Women's Day and a showcase of rural women in small business.
This workshop is part of the WAGS Expo and there will be a cover charge.

The Women's Wellness Workshops are scheduled for the following days across the Maranoa.
