The works included the installation of new concrete kerb and channel, widening of existing pavement and bitumen sealing along Wyndham Street between Raglan and Crystal Street.
Councillor David Schefe, Portfolio Chair for Utilities said the project was part of Council's 2017/18 Capital Works Program and the completed works provide a substantial improvement to this area's stormwater network.
"The team has put in a great effort over the past four weeks to deliver the works and minimise the impact to the local residents," Cr Schefe said.
"It is great to see the improvements these projects have on our residential streets. Residents living on Spencer Street, Roma will be the next to receive new kerb and channelling – these works are scheduled to commence in the New Year."
